Yesterday I signed up for NutriSystems food to begin their weight loss program...I gave this a lot of thought and research. I logged this entry to begin my journey. Mind you, the food hasn't arrived yet. But I have begun to weigh and take measurements...here are my first entries. Comments and questions are welcome!

I have become frustrated with exercise and diet programs that don't take off the weight. I have been gaining 5 pounds every couple of years that stays on no matter what I do. I'm up to 165 now and the next level is scary for me, a person that after giving birth to 6 children, weighed only 110. It's taken years to put this weight on, I know it will take a while to come off. I tried NS when I was 30 and lost 10 lbs...I'm excited about trying it again.
