Food came today...

My box of food came today...I feel thinner already. I think the convenience of it will be good...I got out my breakfast, lunch, supper and snack for tomorrow.

Not anxious or anything like that. I wonder if any one who gets this eats it all the day it comes...hmmmm.

I already measured and weighed the other day, should I do it again? I think I will measure and weigh on next week and see if I am making progress.

Just looking at this box of food is comforting, like I have a plan...

I weighed 167 the other day. The most I have ever weighed in my adult life (even pregnant.)

Yay me! I'm gonna do this. Keep up with my progress. We'll do this together!
